Courses

BWLA courses are very important because they establish the standards required for successful delivery of the sport.
The BWLA seeks official recognition of its courses by registering each course with either Skills Active ( a government organisation) or First for Sport which is part of Sports Coach UK and deals with national bodies for sport.

BWLA Inset Course

BWLA Inset Course This course is a basic course in the teaching of weight training. It is a one day course in negotiation with local education authorities. It is based on free weights, the most common mode and lowest cost option in Schools and Youth Centres.
