The British Senior Championships will be held on Saturday, 11th July 2009 at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Near Newport, Shropshire, TF10 9AT. You should note that some lifters have pulled out of the competition or have moved bodyweight categories. A revised British Senior Championships Entries list has been placed on the website. The British Senior Championship Programme and full update field of entries can be found at "Competitions" under British Senior Championships (attachments are at the bottom). So the Competition Programme is likely to be changed after the weigh in.

The competition will start at 10.45 am with the presentation of 56 kilo category men and possibly 62 k men. Forty eight lifters have registered for the competition, so it will be a long day of competitive lifting with new faces.  We look forward to you support.
