Level 1 - Assistant Club Coach
 
This course is intended for those individuals who wish to learn the basic principles and development of weightlifting.



The course content will include:
The teaching of the two classical lifts; the snatch and the clean and jerk. - fundamental weight training exercises - the BAWLA Schools badge scheme - The BWLA safety Code of Practice.
